An accounting-policy generator - the document ready in fifteen minutes
The idea was simple: instead of booking a meeting and waiting, the client fills in a questionnaire and walks away with a finished draft document.

An accounting policy is a document every company that keeps books must have - and one that usually comes together the hard way: a meeting, emails back and forth, waiting for a draft. The client’s idea was to turn that process into a few questions on a screen.
A web app, step by step
It is a full web app - eight steps, from the entity’s details to how the books are kept. You answer questions about your company, and the generator assembles a draft policy compliant with the Polish Accounting Act as you go. At the end you download the finished document. Everything happens in the browser - your data goes nowhere until you send it yourself.
From an idea to a working tool
The client came with just an idea for a service. We broke it down - which questions have to be asked for the document to be complete - and wrapped them in a single, hand-holding interface. The result: what used to be a service delivered over the phone became a tool that runs on its own, at any hour.
What this means
A repeatable process - one that looks much the same every time and ends in a similar document - can almost always be captured in an app. If you have a process in your company that eats hours repeating the same thing, it is a strong candidate for an “idea made real”. Show it to me.
