Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern the use of the website goidea.net and the services provided electronically through it. By using the Website, you accept these Terms.
1. Definitions
- Provider — inCONSULT Bartosz Liszkowski, ul. Słoneczna 4, 60-286 Poznań (Poland), VAT ID: PL7821703309, operating the Website under the brand GoIDEA.
- Website — the website available at goidea.net together with its subpages.
- User — the person using the Website.
- Services — the electronically provided services described in section 3.
- Terms — this document.
2. General provisions
- The Provider provides electronic services in accordance with these Terms and the applicable law, in particular the Polish Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means of 18 July 2002.
- The Website is informational in nature and serves to present the Provider's activity, competences and offering in the field of software design and implementation (including on the Claris FileMaker platform and with the use of AI), as well as to enable contact and appointment scheduling.
- The Website is not an online shop — it does not enable the purchase of goods or services, does not process electronic payments and does not conclude sales contracts in this way. The content presented does not constitute a binding offer but an invitation to make contact.

3. Type and scope of the Services
Through the Website, the Provider provides the following electronic services free of charge:
- Provision of content — viewing information, solution descriptions, knowledge materials and references on the Website.
- Contact form — submission of an enquiry by the User. Use of the form requires the details necessary to provide a reply (see the Privacy Policy).
- Call booking — the option to book a free consultation call via an external tool (Cal.com). Use of this feature is also subject to the tool provider's terms.
4. Technical requirements
- Proper use of the Website requires:
- a device with internet access,
- an up-to-date browser with JavaScript enabled,
- when using the form and e-mail — an active e-mail address.
- The Provider endeavours to keep the Website operating continuously and correctly, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and reserves the right to technical interruptions, in particular for maintenance, updates or for reasons beyond the Provider's control.
5. Rules of use
- The User is obliged to use the Website in compliance with the law, good practice and these Terms.
- The User is prohibited from supplying unlawful content, including content that infringes the rights of third parties.
- Actions that could disrupt the operation of the Website are prohibited, in particular interference with its content or infrastructure, as well as sending unsolicited commercial communications or malicious software.
- The User provides true and current data. When providing another person's data (e.g. a colleague's), the User declares that they are authorised to do so.
6. Intellectual property rights
- The content published on the Website — in particular texts, graphics, layout, logo and trade marks (including the GoIDEA brand) — is protected by law and belongs to the Provider or is used on the basis of appropriate rights.
- Use of the content beyond the scope permitted by law requires the Provider's prior written consent.
7. Complaints
- Complaints regarding the operation of the Website and the electronic services may be addressed to info@goidea.pl.
- A complaint should contain at least a description of the matter and contact details enabling a reply.
- The Provider handles the complaint without undue delay, at the latest within 14 days of its receipt, and informs the User of the outcome at the address provided.
8. Withdrawal and termination
- Use of the electronic services on the Website (viewing content, contact form, appointment booking) is free of charge and voluntary — the User may stop using them at any time.
- Provisions concerning the conclusion, performance and any withdrawal from paid service contracts (e.g. implementation, consulting) are agreed individually in a separate contract concluded outside the Website and fall outside the scope of these Terms.
9. Liability
- The Provider endeavours to ensure that the information presented on the Website is reliable and up to date; it is, however, of a general and informational nature and does not constitute legal, tax or technical advice in any specific matter.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Provider accepts no liability for the consequences of using the Website in a manner contrary to these Terms or to its intended use.
10. Final provisions
- The Provider may update these Terms, for instance in the event of changes in the law or in the scope of the Services. The current version is always available on the Website; the date of the most recent change appears at the beginning of this document.
- In matters that these Terms do not address, the relevant statutory provisions applicable at the Provider's registered office (Polish law) apply.
- Any disputes will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction under the applicable law. For consumers, consumer-protection rules apply, including the option of out-of-court dispute resolution.
- These Terms apply from the date of their publication on the Website.
