Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect in connection with the use of the website goidea.net (the “Website”), for what purpose and on what legal basis we process it, to whom we may disclose it and what rights data subjects have.
Transparency matters to us. If any questions remain after reading, write to info@goidea.pl — we reply within one working day.

We have not appointed a data protection officer. For all matters concerning the processing of your personal data, you can contact the controller directly using the details above.
2. What data we process and where it comes from
We process only the data you provide to us voluntarily, together with technical data collected automatically when you use the Website.
2.1. Contact form
When you fill in the form on the Website, you provide us with:
- your name and company name,
- your business e-mail address,
- (optionally) company size and industry,
- the message text — a description of your enquiry.
Please avoid including special categories of personal data (e.g. concerning health or beliefs) in your message, as well as data of third parties beyond what is necessary for us to reply.
2.2. Booking a call (Cal.com)
To arrange a call, we use the Cal.com tool. When booking, you provide at least your name and e-mail address and, optionally, further details about your enquiry. This data is passed to the provider of the tool (see section 5) and to us, so that we can hold the arranged call.
2.3. Contact by e-mail or telephone
If you write to us directly by e-mail or call us, we process the data contained in the correspondence together with the data needed to handle your enquiry.
2.4. Automatically collected data (analytics)
We use the Plausible web analytics service, which works without cookies and without identifying individual users. It collects only aggregated, anonymous traffic statistics (e.g. number of visits, referral source, device type, country). Analytics starts only after you give consent in the cookie banner. Details are set out in the Cookie Policy.
Independently of this, the hosting provider may process technical data in server logs (including IP address, date and time of the request, browser type) to ensure the operation and security of the Website.
3. Purposes and legal bases of processing
We process data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
| Purpose of processing | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Replying to an enquiry submitted via the form, e-mail or telephone and taking pre-contractual steps at your request | Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest — handling correspondence) |
| Arranging and holding a call (Cal.com) | Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR |
| Analysing Website traffic | Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent) |
| Ensuring the operation, security and technical integrity of the Website | Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest) |
| Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims | Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest) |
| Complying with legal obligations (e.g. tax and accounting law — where a cooperation takes place) | Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR |
Providing your data is voluntary, but it is necessary for handling your enquiry or arranging a call — without it we are unable to contact you.
4. Recipients and processors
Your data may be entrusted to trusted service providers who process it solely on our behalf, under data processing agreements and to the extent necessary:
- hosting provider — storage of the Website and server logs (home.pl);
- form automation provider — handling and forwarding of form submissions (n8n);
- e-mail provider — receiving and sending correspondence;
- booking tool provider — Cal.com, Inc. (see section 5);
- analytics provider — Plausible (cookie-free, data stored in the EU);
- accounting and legal service providers — where necessary to comply with legal obligations or to pursue claims.
Data may also be disclosed to public authorities where a legal obligation to do so exists.
5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
As a rule, we process data within the European Economic Area (EEA).
An exception may be the booking tool Cal.com, whose provider is based in the United States. In that case the transfer takes place on the basis of appropriate safeguards provided for in the GDPR — in particular the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or an adequacy decision (Data Privacy Framework), where the provider participates in it.
To obtain a copy of the safeguards applied, write to info@goidea.pl.
6. Retention period
We keep data no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:
- data from correspondence and the form — for the time needed to handle the enquiry and then for the limitation period of any potential claims;
- data relating to a concluded contract — for the duration of the cooperation and the period required by tax and accounting law (as a rule up to 5 years from the end of the year in which the tax obligation arose);
- data processed on the basis of consent (e.g. analytics) — until the consent is withdrawn;
- data processed on the basis of legitimate interest — until an effective objection is raised or that interest ceases to exist.
7. Your rights
In connection with the processing of your data, you have the following rights:
- the right of access to your data and to obtain a copy of it,
- the right to rectification of your data,
- the right to erasure (the “right to be forgotten”),
- the right to restriction of processing,
- the right to data portability,
- the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- the right to withdraw consent at any time — without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal,
- the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To exercise these rights, write to info@goidea.pl. We reply without undue delay, at the latest within the time limit provided for in the GDPR.
As the controller is established in Poland, the competent supervisory authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of the EU member state of your habitual residence.
8. Profiling and automated decision-making
We make no decisions concerning you based solely on automated processing — including profiling — that would produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.
9. Cookies and similar technologies
The Website uses only necessary storage technologies (localStorage) to remember your theme and language settings and your cookie choices. Analytics (Plausible) is cookie-free and starts only after you give consent. Details are set out in a separate document — the Cookie Policy. You can adjust your consents at any time via the “Manage cookies” button in the footer of the Website.
10. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy, for example when the law or the scope of our services changes. The current version is always available on the Website; the date of the last change appears at the beginning of the document.
